As a key Ceridian customer, leading HR and payroll contacts within Samsung Electronics UK (SEUK) were invited to Ceridian’s Customer Network meeting (CCN), where Payroll Manager Pauline Friswell saw a demonstration of Ceridian’s Online Reporting tool, and immediately saw the business benefits.

Ceridian customers gain access to our Business Case KnowHow, and SEUK was no exception. Our Online Reporting tool comes with a number of business benefits that allowed Samsung to build a business case for implementation, from improved workflow authorisation processes to improved decision-making, which has made sign-off quicker and easier around the business.
With over 43 standard reports to choose from, and the option to carry out interactive searches and sort using defined parameters, SEUK enjoys greater flexibility.
With Pauline Friswell soon to retire, it was essential to have Ceridian Online Reporting in place and delivering business benefit before her successor took over the role.
